Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Copal Electronics PS6-103G-NAM-014 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dalsa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dalsa such as the PT4104M6003R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECN1614AHA manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7801C40G02 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand UVR024CPK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cybelec such as 1667 equipment made by Cybelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cybelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cybelec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NMC1024D made by Crouse-Hinds as well as the popular PRI107520 original spares produced by Csi-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMCP400X5Z15 by Cutler-Hammer and 1667 spares by Cybelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD84070 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cybelec.
